Instrument of Adherence definition

Instrument of Adherence has the meaning set forth in Section 10.4(e).
Instrument of Adherence shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2 ----------------------- hereof.
Instrument of Adherence means the Instrument of Adherence, substantially in the form attached as Annex I hereto.

Instrument of Adherence means the agreement pursuant to which a new Member agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions of the Trust Deed.
