Instrument of Transfer definition

Instrument of Transfer means an instrument of transfer, or a dutiable statement, on which duty is payable under item 4 of the Second Schedule;
Instrument of Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(b).
Instrument of Transfer has the meaning set forth in the tenth recital paragraph hereto.

More Definitions of Instrument of Transfer

Instrument of Transfer means an instrument which is effective to transfer an interest in property; it includes but is not limited to a will, a deed, a contract to transfer, a real estate mort- gage and an instrument creating a security interest in personal property under ch. 409.
