Instrumented range. (Category 6) means the specified unambiguous display range of a radar; “insulation” (Category 9) means insulation that is applied to the components of a rocket motor, i.e. the case, nozzle, inlets, case closures, and includes cured or semi-cured compounded rubber sheet stock containing an insulating or refractory material. Hypervisors, debuggers or Software Reverse Engineering (SRE) tools; b. Digital Rights Management (DRM) “software”; or c. “Software” designed to be installed by manufacturers, administrators or users, for the purposes of asset tracking or recovery.
