Tickets means a ticket, voucher or other form of pass issued by FOHES permitting access to the Facility during the Event Period;

Examples of Tickets in a sentence

  • Upon termination for breach, any unused Paid Tickets or Prepaid Services shall be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued unless required by law.

  • In the event of any inconsistencies between the general terms and conditions, the provision of the General Terms and Conditions Tickets Event Rotterdam Ahoy shall prevail.

  • AHOY will not refund the purchase price and the reservation costs, unless stated otherwise in these General Terms and Conditions Tickets Event Rotterdam.

  • Responses to Support Tickets will be provided during Business Hours in accordance with the Response Times specified below.

  • The Licensee shall not alter, deface or remove in any manner any reference to such trademarks or trade names on any Tickets.

For certainty, Tickets will include physical admission tickets, digital admission tickets (which, for certainty, includes tickets delivered to smartphones or mobile devices), any membership or access cards issued to Licensee in addition to or in place of the foregoing, as well as any locator slips or other similar documents printed or issued pursuant to any of the foregoing.
