Insured Student definition

Insured Student means a student of the Policyholder who is eligible and insured for coverage under this Plan.

Examples of Insured Student in a sentence

  • An Insured Student, as that term is defined in the University of California Student Health Insurance Plan (“UC SHIP”) Benefit Booklet, who is eligible for benefits under UC SHIP is eligible to participate in the Prescription Drug Plan.

  • Insured Property means the vessel, including the power units, accessories and equipment. “Parasailing” means using your vessel to tow a person in a device designed for flight. “Waterskiing” means using your vessel to tow a person on water skis or flotation devices.
