Integration Content definition

Integration Content means a package comprising Integration Flows and/or Integration Adapters, developed by Partner under this Agreement that is fully compatible with SAP HANA Cloud Platform, integration service and prepared for usage on SAP HANA Cloud Platform, integration service by End User. Examples of Integration Content in a sentence

  • All Customer Integration Content will be used in a manner that does not allow for the identification of Customer as the provider of such content.

  • In case of termination of the Agreement, all anonymized Customer Integration Content will remain on the SAP server of the Cloud Service and SAP may continue to use such Customer Integration Content for further training of machine learning algorithms.

  • Subject to this Agreement, in exchange for the right to develop Integration Content under this Agreement, Partner covenants not to assert any Intellectual Property Rights in Integration Content created by Partner against any SAP product, service, or future SAP development.

  • Integration as defined in ORS 427.005 means:

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • online interface means any software, including a website, part of a website or an application, that is operated by or on behalf of an economic operator, and which serves to give end users access to the economic operator's products;

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7 means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Payload means all property to be flown or used on or in a Launch Vehicle.

  • Synchronous interaction means a real-time interaction between a patient and a health care provider for telehealth located at a distant site.

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.
