Platform Application definition

Platform Application means, notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in the Supplement, an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service developed by Partner under the Development License using the Tools, to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access or use by Customers. A Platform Application needs to be compatible with an SAP Material provided under the Agreement.
Platform Application means the software developed or maintained by Partner under the Development License, and which may consist of Modifications and Add-Ons. Each Platform Application may consist of a frontend component, e.g. residing on mobile devices of Customer, and optionally also of a backend component connecting to a Customer’s business applications. A Platform Application needs to be compatible with an SAP Material provided under the Agreement. Platform Applications may either be built as:
Platform Application means any application used by or on behalf of Customer that uses the API for the purposes of access to the Box Service or to access certain functionality as provided by Box.

Examples of Platform Application in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in Section 5.1 above, Customer will be responsible for supporting the Platform Application and shall provide such support direct to Platform Application Users.

  • Box will not provide Support Services to Platform Application Users and is not responsible for any Downtime, Issues or other performance issues to the extent attributable to a Platform Application.


More Definitions of Platform Application

Platform Application means the software developed by Partner under this Agreement, that is devel- oped with at least one element of an Innovation Pack, and which may consist of Modifications and Add- Ons. Each Platform Application may consist of a frontend component, e.g. residing on mobile devices of End User and optionally also of a backend component connecting to End User’s business applications. A Platform Application needs to be compatible with an SAP Licensor Material provided under this Agree- ment. Platform Applications may either be built as (a) applications for usage by multiple End Users (“Packaged Platform Application”) or (b) custom-built applications to be used by a specific end user only without publication on the SAP Store (“End User-Specific Platform Application”). Partner shall only develop Packaged Platform Applications, but no End-user Specific Platform Applications, with the Software pro- vided as part of the SAP Application Developer User for Partners. The parties agree that throughout the term of the Agreement, Packaged Platform Applications must be published on the SAP Store – if and when available - in the sales territory of Partner - for sale to/usage by multiple End Users as outlined in Exhibit B – 2 (SAP Store) of this Agreement. Partner is not required to publish a Packaged Platform Application which is part of a Bundled Cloud Service or of a Bundled Product with Embedded License on the SAP Store unless otherwise communicated by SAP at its sole discretion. The same exception applies to Packaged Platform Applications which have been already published on the SAP Store based on a valid Solution Extension Reseller agreement with SAP or one of its Group Companies.

Platform Application means the online, website application provided by True Influence, LLC, via xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/) or at such other designated URL as True Influence LLC may assign from time to time (collectively the "Systems").

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 capital assistance project application submitted by the County to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
