Interactive website means a website, the production costs of which exceed $500,000.00 in an annual period and primarily includes interactive games, end user applications, animation, simulation, sound, graphics, story lines, or video created or repurposed for distribution over the internet. Interactive website does not include a website primarily used for institutional, private, industrial, retail, or wholesale marketing or promotional purposes, or which contains obscene matter or an obscene performance.
