Interbasin Transfer Certificate definition

Interbasin Transfer Certificate or "IBT Certificate" means an authorization issued by the Commission to transfer up to a specified amount of water between two river basins as defined in G.S. 143-215.22G(1b).
Interbasin Transfer Certificate means the certificate required by N.C. Gen. Stat. Xxx. § Ch. 143, art. 21, Pt. 2A. Parties shall mean the City of Xxxxxxx and the Town of Pittsboro. When used in the singular, “Party” shall refer to only the relevant party in the context of this Agreement. Town shall mean the Town of Pittsboro, a municipal corporation of the State of North Carolina.
