A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

Interconnection Construction Service Agreement. On or before September 30, 2015, Interconnection Customer must have executed an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement for Interconnection Facilities for which Interconnection Customer has cost responsibility. (a) Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner agree to provide for the acquisition, design, construction and/or installation of the facilities identified, and to the extent described, in Section 3.0 of the Specifications in accordance with Part IV of the Tariff, as amended from time to time, and this Interim ISA. Except to the extent for which the Specifications provide for interim interconnection rights for the Interconnection Customer, the parties agree that (1) this Interim ISA shall not provide for or authorize Interconnection Service for the Interconnection Customer, and (2) Interconnection Service will commence only after Interconnection Customer has entered into a final Interconnection Service Agreement with Transmission Provider and the Interconnection Transmission Owner (or, alternatively, has exercised its right to initiate dispute resolution or to have the final Interconnection Service Agreement filed with the FERC unexecuted) after completion of the Facilities Study related to Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Request and otherwise in accordance with the Tariff. The final Interconnection Service Agreement may further provide for construction of, and payment for, transmission facilities additional to those identified in the attached Specifications. Should Interconnection Customer fail to enter into such final Interconnection Service Agreement (or, alternatively, to initiate dispute resolution or request that the agreement be filed with the FERC unexecuted) within the time prescribed by the Tariff, Transmission Provider shall have the right, upon providing written notice to Interconnection Customer, to terminate this Interim ISA. (b) In the event that Interconnection Customer decides not to interconnect its proposed facilities, as described in Section 1.0 of the Specifications to the Transmission System, it shall immediately give Transmission Provider written notice of its determination. Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Costs incurred pursuant to this Interim ISA by Transmission Provider and/or by the Interconnected Transmission Owner (1) on or before the date of such notice, and (2) after the date of such notice, if the costs could not reasonably be avoided despite, or were incurr...
Interconnection Construction Service Agreement. On or before April 1, 2010, Interconnection Customer must have either (a) executed an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement for Interconnection Facilities for which Interconnection Customer has cost responsibility; (b) requested dispute resolution under Section 12 of the PJM Tariff, or if concerning the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, consistent with Schedule 5 of the Operating Agreement; or (c) requested that the Transmission Provider file the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement unexecuted with the Commission.

Related to Interconnection Construction Service Agreement

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Construction The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall deliver to the Developer “as-built” drawings, relay diagrams, information and documents for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities set forth in Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner [shall/shall not] transfer operational control of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities to the NYISO upon completion of such facilities.

  • Construction Services 3.1.1 Basic Construction Services. 3.1.2 Meetings and Schedule Updates.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.
