Interconnection Standards definition

Interconnection Standards. Has the meaning set forth in the Company Tariff, Rule 14, Section H, Appendix I.
Interconnection Standards means the South Carolina Generator Interconnection Procedures, Form, and Agreements for State-Jurisdictional Interconnections effective as of March 3, 2016 and approved in Docket No. 2015-362-E, Order No. 2016-191 and all replacements and amendments thereto.

  • The Generating Facility, Generating Facility design, and Generating Facility drawings shall meet all applicable national, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, orders, construction and safety codes, and shall satisfy the Company’s Distributed Generating Facility Interconnection Standards, Technical Requirements (“Interconnection Standards”), as set forth in Rule 14, Paragraph H.1 of the Company’s tariff.

More Definitions of Interconnection Standards

Interconnection Standards means the standards and requirements of the Electric Utility incorporated in the Interconnection Agreement, if any. Judgment means any judgment, writ, order, injunction or decree of or by any court or Governmental Authority. kW means Kilowatt. kWh means Kilowatt-hour. Lease means the Lease covering the Premises entered into by Seller and Host concurrently herewith. Liens means any mortgage, indenture, pledge, statutory lien or other type of lien, charge, security charge, encumbrance, financing statement (whether or not filed), security interest, agreement of sale, lease or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever intended to assure payment of any obligations, including any conditional sale or other title retention agreement, pledge, hypothecation, assignment, and any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing. Losses means any loss, fine, penalty, assessment, deficiency, interest payment, expense, cost, debt, liability, Lien, Judgment or damages that are sustained or incurred. Meter shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a).
Interconnection Standards means the interconnection standards set forth in Part II of Schedule 11.
Interconnection Standards means the specification, policies, rules, and standards for the safety and reliability of the System that have been prepared by the Agency and Member Cities that are required to be followed by the Customer in connecting electrical equipment to the System.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the bulk power system, including without limiting the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing bulk power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the bulk power system, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge bulk power system facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
