Interest Rate Setting Date definition

Interest Rate Setting Date means two (2) Business Days before the start of any Interest Period.
Interest Rate Setting Date for each Disbursement, the date on which the Base Fixed Rate is set in accordance with Section 3.03(d) (Interest);
Interest Rate Setting Date means the BUSINESS DAY on the date of BORROWING and each quarterly date occurring after such BUSINESS DAY but coinciding with the INTEREST PAYMENT DATE.

Interest Rate Setting Date means two (2) Business Days before the start of any Interest Period, provided that in respect of any HK Dollar Loan, the Interest Rate Setting Date shall mean the first day of any Interest Period.
