Internal Fund Transfer Request means an instruction given via the Client’s myAlpari account on the Website to withdraw funds from the Client’s account to another account open within the Company.

Internal Fund Transfer Request means an instruction given via the «Client’s» «Client Portal» account on the «Company» website to withdraw funds from the «Client’s Account» to another Account open within the Company.

Related to Internal Fund Transfer Request

  • Transfer Request means the communication by an authorized account representative or an alternate authorized account representative to the accounts administrator to register into the tracking system the transfer of allowances between accounts.

  • Electronic Fund Transfer means any transfer of funds, other than a transaction originated by check, draft, or similar paper instrument, which is initiated through an electronic terminal, telephonic instrument, computer, or magnetic tape so as to order, instruct, or authorize a financial institution to debit or credit an account. Such term includes, but is not limited to, point-of-sale transfers, automated teller machine transactions, transfers initiated by telephone or other electronic device capable of communicating with such financial institution, wire transfers, and automated clearinghouse transfers.

  • FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Prescribed Notice means 28 days or any shorter period of notice for a meeting of members of the Company allowed under the Corporations Act.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Long Form Notice means the form of notice that shall be posted on the Settlement website created by the Settlement Administrator and shall be available to Settlement Class members by mail on request made to the Settlement Administrator in the form attached as Exhibit 2.

  • Transfer Order means a transfer order issued pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the CCA transferring this Agreement from the LHIN to Ontario Health;

  • Warrantholders’ Request means an instrument, signed in one or more counterparts by Warrantholders representing, in the aggregate, at least 20% of the aggregate number of Warrants then outstanding, which requests the Warrant Agent to take some action or proceeding specified therein;

  • PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s September 26, 2019, letter to Xxxxxx Staffing Solution, LLC, among others, and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).

  • Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
