International Facilities Agreement definition

International Facilities Agreement means the International Facilities Agreement by and between Lessee and the City. Until the International Facilities Agreement is entered into, the term shall mean those provisions pertaining to Terminal D and the Central FIS which are contained in the Term SheetBInternational Services Expansion Program between the City and Lessee countersigned on December 30, 1999, and which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
