Central FIS definition

Central FIS means a structure to be constructed by the City between Terminals D and E for the primary purpose of processing inbound international passengers and for related purposes as provided in the International Facilities Agreement and the Program Definition Manual. The Central FIS shall not include Lessee=s Central Ticketing Facility.

Examples of Central FIS in a sentence

  • If after the commencement of the lease of the Central FIS Concession Area as herein provided, any portion of the Central FIS Concession Area is not occupied by a concessionaire, Continental's sole obligations in respect of such area shall be to use its reasonable efforts to procure new agreements as set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • It is agreed that the City shall look solely to the respective concessionaire for the performance of all obligations in respect of any portion of the Central FIS Concession Area subleased to any such concessionaire and during the period of time such area is subleased to such concessionaire.

  • CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

  • Website of the European Central Bank means the website of the European Central Bank currently at http://www.ecb.europa.eu or any successor website officially designated by the European Central Bank.

  • CSDP means the Central Securities Depository Prague

  • Large municipal separate storm sewer system means all municipal separate storm sewers that are either:

  • Data Local Exchange Carrier or "DLEC" is a CLEC interconnecting primarily for purposes of transporting data.

  • Central Bank Rules means the UCITS Regulations, Central Bank Regulations and any regulations, guidance and conditions issued by the Central Bank from time to time pursuant to the UCITS Regulations, the Central Bank Regulations and/or the Central Bank Act regarding the regulation of undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities, as such may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time;

  • Central item means any item which is in italics in this Collective Agreement.

  • Native Americans, as used in this provision, means U.S. citizens who are American Indian, Eskimo, Aleut, or native Hawaiian.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).

  • Between merchants means in any transaction with respect to which both parties are chargeable with the knowledge or skill of merchants.

  • non-central item means any item which is not in italics in this Collective Agreement.

  • DTMB means the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget. “Effective Date” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4 means a conveyance or system of conveyances (including roads with drainage systems, municipal streets, catch basins, curbs, gutters, ditches, man-made channels, or storm drains):
