International Player definition

International Player means any individual who, in the ten (10) years preceding membership registration or renewal:
International Player means a foreign player who is transferring from another association in the membership of FIFA into the territory of the EFA and has satisfied all the requirements of registration and is in possession of a valid work permit or a study permit. Unless in possession of an existing working permit, study permit, residence permit, international players should have a minimum of 5 national caps from their association of origin (these caps may be from different age groups).
International Player means any person born and residing outside the United States who participates in the game of basketball as an amateur or a professional. An international player who exercises intercollegiate basketball eligibility in the United States shall be subject to the eligibility rules set forth in Section 1(b)(iii) above.
