Eligibility Rules. To be eligible for the benefits described in this Article in any given semester or academic year, a full-time regular academic member of the unit must be employed at more than sixty percent (60%) of full time. A full-time regular academic employee may retain eligibility for the benefits described in this Article in the case of mutually agreed upon reduction of assignment, provided that the reduced assignment is at least fifty percent (50%) of full time.

Eligibility Rules. The minimum eligibility requirements for participation in the Trust are: a) The employee must be employed in a group of employees designated by the participating employer on a basis that precludes individual selection (except for voluntary plans). b) The employee must be employed on a permanent, full-time basis defined as 20 hours or more per week. c) The employee must be performing the usual duties of his/her occupation at a place of business designated by the employer. d) The employee must be compensated in the form of wages or salary for services presently being performed.

Eligibility Rules. 5.1 The Secretary of State will only pay the Grant in respect of Eligible Expenditure incurred by the Recipient to deliver the Project and the Recipient will use the Grant solely for delivery of the Project in accordance with the Project Programme. 5.2 The only costs/payments that will be classified as Eligible Expenditure are those specific items of expenditure set out in the Project Programme. 5.3 Notwithstanding any items of expenditure set out in the Project Programme, the Recipient may not use the Grant to meet any of the following payments: 5.3.1 paid for lobbying, which means using the Grant to fund lobbying (via an external firm or in-house staff) in order to undertake activities intended to influence or attempt to influence Parliament, government or political activity; or attempting to influence legislative or regulatory action; 5.3.2 using the Grant to directly enable one part of government to challenge another on topics unrelated to the agreed purpose of the Grant; 5.3.3 using the Grant to petition for additional funding; 5.3.4 expenses such as for entertaining, specifically aimed at exerting undue influence to change government policy; 5.3.5 input VAT reclaimable by the Recipient from HMRC; 5.3.6 payments for activities of a political or exclusively religious nature; 5.3.7 contributions in kind; 5.3.8 interest payments or service charge payments for finance leases; 5.3.9 gifts; 5.3.10 entertaining (meaning anything that would be a taxable benefit to the person being entertained, according to current UK tax regulations); 5.3.11 statutory fines, criminal fines or penalties, civil penalties, damages or any associated legal costs; 5.3.12 costs incurred in giving evidence to Parliamentary Select Committees; 5.3.13 costs incurred in attending meetings with government ministers or civil servants to discuss the progress of the Project; 5.3.14 costs incurred in responding to public consultations or costs incurred in lobbying other people to respond to any such consultation; 5.3.15 costs incurred in providing independent evidence based advice to local or national government as part of the general policy debate; 5.3.16 payments for works or activities which the Recipient has a statutory duty to undertake, or that are fully funded by other sources; 5.3.17 bad debts to related parties; 5.3.18 payments for unfair dismissal or other compensation; 5.3.19 depreciation, amortisation or impairment of assets owned by the Grant Recipient; and/or 5.3.20 liabilities ...

Eligibility Rules. To be eligible for holiday pay an employee must: a) Have a date of hire prior to the date of the holiday and a termination date after the date of the holiday. b) Employee is in pay status (Vacation, Sick pay and Holiday) in the week of the Holiday c) Full-time employees will be paid 8 hours for the holiday, Part time employees shall be paid on a pro-rata basis that is calculated from the hours worked the previous calendar week. d) Personal days and personal holidays can only be taken one per quarter, unless otherwise approved by management and will be observed on the day of employee's choosing so long as the day has been cleared with his/her immediate supervisor in advance (two working days minimum).
Eligibility Rules. A year-round employee shall become eligible for coverage under this Section on the first (1st) day of the month following his/her completion of sixty (60) days of continuous service, provided said year-round employee is then actively at work for the Employer. When a year-round employee has satisfied the eligibility requirements for benefits as provided under this Section but thereafter ceases to be a year-round employee, he/she shall, if restored to year-round status within one (l) year, become eligible for coverage on his/her first working day following his/her restoration to year-round status, provided that he/she has not in the interim broken continuous service as defined in Section VIII C of this Agreement, and further Provided that said year-round employee is then actively at work for the Employer. To be eligible for dependent coverage, an employed spouse must elect coverage under any medical plan offered by the Employer of the spouse. This requirement shall not apply to a spouse during the period the spouse is laid off from employment. In addition, this requirement shall not apply to the spouse of an eligible employee elect- ing coverage under any agreed upon HMO option. Dependents of year-round employees shall be eligible for hospital-med- ical coverage until they attain the age of twenty-six (26). Non-year-round employees and their dependents shall become eligible for coverage under this Section if the employee works an average of at least thirty (30) hours per week during a mea- surement period of twelve (12) months or as otherwise required under the Affordable Care Act and applicable regulations.
