Internet Assets definition

Internet Assets means any Internet domain names and other computer user identifiers and any rights in and to sites on the worldwide web, including rights in and to any text, graphics, audio and video files and html or other code incorporated in such sites.
Internet Assets means any and all domain name registrations, web sites and web addresses and applications for registration therefor.
Internet Assets shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Intellectual Property contained in this Section 1.

Examples of Internet Assets in a sentence

  • All registrations for Copyrights, Patents, Trademarks and Internet Assets that are owned by or exclusively licensed to the Company are valid, in force and in good standing with all required fees and maintenance fees having been paid with no Actions pending, and all applications to register any Copyrights, Patents and Trademarks are pending and in good standing, all without challenge of any kind.

  • Licensee shall be solely responsible for any liabilities arising out of the operation of the Social Media Assets and Internet Assets from and after such Trigger Event.

  • All registrations for Copyrights, Patents, Trademarks and Internet Assets that are owned by or exclusively licensed to any Target Company are valid, in force and in good standing with all required fees and maintenance fees having been paid with no Actions pending, and all applications to register any Copyrights, Patents and Trademarks are pending and in good standing, all without challenge of any kind.

  • Except as set forth in Schedule 2.1(r), the Company and each of its Subsidiaries is the owner of all, or has a license under all of, the material Copyrights, Patents, Trade Secrets, Trademarks, Internet Assets, Software and other proprietary rights (collectively, "Intellectual Property") that are used in connection with its business as presently conducted, free and clear of all liens or other encumbrances.
