Examples of Registered Domain Names in a sentence

  • The Company Registered Domain Names, the Company Registered Marks, Company Patents and the Company Registered Copyrights are referred to herein as the "Company Registered IP." Schedule 5.11(a)-5 lists all other Company owned intellectual property.

  • Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by the Registrar: Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ICANN Requirements and the Registry Policies, XXXX shall, on behalf of the Registry Operator, maintain the registrations of the Registered Domain Names sponsored by the Registrar in the SRS during the term for which the Registrar has paid the fees required by Section 4 below.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.
