Internet Notice definition

Internet Notice means notice of the proposed settlement to be provided to potential Settlement Class Members under Section VII of the Agreement. The Internet Notice shall be substantially in the form as the notice attached hereto as Exhibit D.

More Definitions of Internet Notice

Internet Notice means the Internet Notice of (i) Pendency of Class Action and Proposed Settlement; (ii) Motion for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Litigation Expenses; and (iii) Settlement Fairness Hearing, to be published substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2.
Internet Notice means notice through the Internet website created pursuant to Section 5.3(c) of this Agreement.
