Online Claim Form definition

Online Claim Form means the claim form to be filed by MPC Claimants pursuant to Clause 7.3.2 and as made available on www.steinhoffsettlement.com from time to time.
Online Claim Form means the claim form substantially in the form of Exhibit 4 hereto, or in such similar form as may be ordered by the Court, which shall be posted to the Settlement Website.
Online Claim Form means form OCN1 found on the Online Court website that is the form that the claimant must use to make an online claim;

Examples of Online Claim Form in a sentence

  • Claimants who have provided a valid email address and valid Online Claim Form will receive confirmation by email that they have successfully qualified for the Cash Back Offer.

  • Please allow approximately 3 – 4 weeks from the time the Promoter takes receipt of the Claimant’s Online Claim Form for payment of the Cash Back Amount to be made.

Related to Online Claim Form

  • Claim Form or “Proof of Claim Form” means the form, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit A, that a Claimant must complete and submit should that Claimant seek to share in a distribution of the Net Settlement Fund.

  • Administrative Claims Bar Date means the deadline for Filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which: (a) with respect to Administrative Claims other than Professional Fee Claims, shall be 30 days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be 45 days after the Effective Date.

  • Notice and Claims Agent means Prime Clerk LLC.

  • Claims Bar Date Order means that certain order entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing the Claims Bar Date.

  • Claims Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which Proofs of Claim must be Filed, as established by: (a) the Bar Date Order; (b) a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court; or (c) the Plan.

  • Disputed Claim means any Claim that is not Allowed.

  • Authorized Claimant means a Class Member who submits a timely and valid Proof of Claim form to the Claims Administrator.

  • Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.

  • DIP Motion means the motion filed by the Debtors seeking Bankruptcy Court approval of the DIP Facility and authorizing the use of cash collateral.

  • Administrative Claim means a Claim for costs and expenses of administration of the Estates under sections 503(b), 507(a)(2), 507(b), or 1114(e)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, including: (a) the actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred on or after the Petition Date of preserving the Estates and operating the businesses of the Debtors; (b) Allowed Professional Fee Claims in the Chapter 11 Cases; and (c) all fees and charges assessed against the Estates under chapter 123 of title 28 of the United States Code, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1911-1930.

  • Rejection Claim means a Claim arising from the rejection of an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Professional Fee Claim means a Claim by a professional seeking an award by the Bankruptcy Court of compensation for services rendered or reimbursement of expenses incurred through and including the Confirmation Date under sections 330, 331, 503(b)(2), 503(b)(3), 503(b)(4), or 503(b)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Final Order means, as applicable, an order or judgment of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the relevant subject matter that has not been reversed, stayed, modified, or amended, and as to which the time to appeal or seek certiorari has expired and no appeal or petition for certiorari has been timely taken, or as to which any appeal that has been taken or any petition for certiorari that has been or may be filed has been resolved by the highest court to which the order or judgment could be appealed or from which certiorari could be sought or the new trial, reargument, or rehearing shall have been denied, resulted in no modification of such order, or has otherwise been dismissed with prejudice.

  • DIP Facility Claims means all Claims held by the DIP Facility Agent and the DIP Facility Lenders pursuant to the DIP Facility Agreements and the Final DIP Order.

  • IP Claim means a Claim made against you by a third party alleging that the Stripe Technology, Services or a Stripe Mark provided to and used by you in accordance with this Agreement infringes or misappropriates the IP Rights of the third party making the Claim, excluding Claims made by Connected Accounts.
