Internet Trading definition

Internet Trading means Internet based trading through Order Routing System, being asystemapprovedbytheconcerned Exchange for enabling Clients to route their orders to their Stock broker over the Internet.
Internet Trading means Securities trading through the system of Internet Service Provider (ISP) in accordance with the procedures, rules, regulations and notifications of the Company, SEC and SET.
Internet Trading means Internet based Trading through Order Routing system, being a system approved by the Exchange for enabling clients to route their order to Stock Broker over the internet.

  • All communications sent to the Client shall be deemed delivered, at the time of delivery if sent by email, fax, by hand delivery or notified through the Internet Trading Platform or within 2 (two) business days if posted by courier.

  • Internet Trading Risks There are risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based deal execution trading system including, but not limited to, hardware malfunction, software failure, and Internet connection problems.

  • The Stock Broker provides the internet Trading Service to the Client subject to these terms and conditions and the provisions of the rights & obligations of stock broker, the exchange provisions, SEBI guidelines and the terms of the Website through which Internet Trading Service is provided.

  • Customer will not publish, distribute, or otherwise make any information available to third parties derived from or relating to the FXDD Internet Trading Platform.

  • Customer agrees to be responsible for any transaction instruction received by FXDD either electronically via an FXDD approved Internet Trading Platform or orally via the telephone or via any other communicative means available that has been approved by FXDD for Customer’s use.
