Interruption Allowance definition

Interruption Allowance has the meaning given in sub-clause 39.1 of Part 4.
Interruption Allowance has the meaning given to it in Clause 40.1.

Examples of Interruption Allowance in a sentence

  • No Day in which there is a failure to Interrupt at a Supply Point shall count towards the Interruption Allowance in respect of that Supply Point.

  • The exercise by the Supplier or the Transporter of a right to require or secure the discontinuance or reduction of offtake at any Supply Point provided for in this Agreement shall not count towards the Interruption Allowance.

  • SO2 Allowance means “allowance” as defined at 42 U.S.C. § 7651a(3): “an authorization, allocated to an affected unit by the Administrator of EPA under Subchapter IV of the Act, to emit, during or after a specified calendar year, one ton of sulfur dioxide.”
