Introduced Client definition

Introduced Client. Means the Prospective Client which has been introduced to the Company by the Affiliate and for which the Affiliate mediated for the facilitation assistance towards the creation of awareness and to the successful conclusion of a contractual relationship between the Company and the Prospective Client in respect to the financial services the Company is licensed to provide and has not been accepted by the Company as its Client yet.
Introduced Client means each person or entity introduced to RCG Markets by the Partner as a potential client of RCG Markets and who signs the required mandates and account opening forms, is qualified to be a client of RCG Markets under applicable law, and who subsequently executes transactions in respect of products. An introduced client does not include a person to whom any member of RCG Markets has at any time prior to the introduction dealt with or engaged in any bona fide business transaction with that person for the provision of any products of whatever nature.
Introduced Client means a Client introduced by the Intermediary to Gatehouse.

  • Modulr will, at such third-party provider’s direction, process personal data on its behalf, for example, to enable Modulr to provide Customer Services to the Introduced Client.

  • The Introduced Client may not novate, assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement, any interest or right under this Agreement (in whole or in part) without the prior written consent of Modulr.

  • Information may be requested from the Introduced Client, including but not limited to, its Authorised Users or Transaction information so that it can verify the identity of an Authorised User and/or the Modulr Products provided to such Introduced Client.

  • Non–Active Introduced Client: any Introduced Client that has no activity (trading or deposit in all of his/her Accounts with the Company) in his/her Personal Area with the Company for a period of 90 (ninety) days.


More Definitions of Introduced Client

Introduced Client means an individual who was referred by the Partner and identified by means of a Partner ID assigned to that Partner, provided that, on a cumulative basis:
