Healthcare Entity definition

Healthcare Entity means an organization of any size that has authorized PMP Users and chooses to connect its EMR system to the PMP Gateway and is the organization listed in the Integration Request Form.
Healthcare Entity means a hospital, surgery center, or other entity that provides healthcare services and follows a formal peer review process for the purpose of furthering quality health care.
Healthcare Entity means a health care facility or agency that is required to obtain a license from the Department pursuant to section 25-3-101, C.R.S. More Definitions of Healthcare Entity

Healthcare Entity means any person that provides diagnostic, medical, surgical or dental treatment or rehabilitative care but does not include any retail pharmacy or wholesale distributor.
Healthcare Entity means any person or entity engaged, directly or indirectly, in a business that operates in the healthcare industry and any plan, endowment, association or other person or entity operated or managed by or affiliated with a healthcare provider (including, without limitation, health systems or health plans); provided that for purposes hereof, a person or entity shall not be deemed to be a Healthcare Entity as a result of direct or indirect passive equity investment or if it is an investment fund affiliated with any party to the Stockholders Agreement (as defined herein) or advised by any affiliated investment advisor of such party.
