Introduction of Change. (and in particular the definition of "significant effects" therein) the persons involved in the dispute and its resolution shall have regard to guidelines (if any) as to the interpretation or application of the termination, change and redundancy provisions.

  • Ownership Change means a change in a hospital’s owner, lessor, or operator under 42 CFR 489.18(a).
