Introductory Assistance Credit definition

Introductory Assistance Credit or “Credit”) shall be made available by IAE to the Security Trustee or the Permitted Transferee, as the case may be, upon delivery and acceptance of such applicable Subject Aircraft by such person, and subject to Section 3.6
