  • If Buyer fails to deliver a Depleted Inventory Objection Notice before the expiration of an Depleted Inventory Review Period, the TSA Depleted Inventory, as reflected in the relevant Depleted Inventory Statement, shall be deemed to have been accepted by Buyer.
