Examples of Xxxx Dispute Notice in a sentence

  • The parties shall hold the closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the “Closing”) at 10:00 A.M. on December 8, 2010 or at such other time and place as the parties agree (the date of the Closing, the “Closing Date”).
