Investment Cost definition

Investment Cost means, (a) with respect to any Investment held as of the Effective Date, the amount set forth on Schedule IV hereto, and (b) with respect to any Investment made after the Effective Date, the amount paid by the Company in respect of such Investment.
Investment Cost means the aggregate principal amount of the Relevant Bonds outstanding as at the date hereof.
Investment Cost means (i) the cost of acquiring or issuing an Investment plus (ii) the remainder of (A) the Sourcing Fee and unreimbursed Company Expenses attributable to acquisition or issuance of such Investment as provided in Section 6.06, less (B) any origination fees, application fees or other similar upfront fees, but in no event less than zero (0), in respect of such Investment.

  • For purposes of the foregoing, Total Investment Cost shall be measured at the date the Investment is made and shall exclude future commitments to fund improvements.

  • The total Subordinated Acquisition Fees payable shall be an amount determined as specified in the following table: Long term Net Leased Properties 2.0% of the aggregate Total Investment Cost.

  • The Acquisition Fee payable to the Advisor in respect of an Investment shall be payable at the time such Investment is acquired in an amount equal to 2.50% of the Total Investment Cost.

More Definitions of Investment Cost

Investment Cost means the actual out-of-pocket cost of an Investment (as determined by the Committee) to the Company or a Subsidiary that is paid to the issuer or seller of such Investment.
Investment Cost shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(b) herein.
Investment Cost of a Real Estate Investment shall include the sum of (a) the total acquisition price paid for the Real Estate Investment and subsequent capital invested in the Real Estate Investment by the Fund, including without limitation, the total amount of hard and soft costs (including interest and loan fees) related to construction, development or renovation of buildings (including all construction period taxes, assessments and insurance), costs of fixtures and equipment (including rental equipment) used to construct or operate the property, costs of the installation of permanent improvements in or on the property’s buildings or land (including tenant improvement costs, site work, paving and landscaping), fees and earnouts to developers, fees and cost reimbursements of architects, contractors, engineers, environmental and other consultants, amounts payable to government authorities, third party marketing expenses (including leasing commissions and finders fees), and costs of bonds or letters of credit, (b) all out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred in connection with the acquisition or development of the Real Estate Investment, (c) the Acquisition Fee and (d) any other costs or expenses which may be capitalized with respect to such Real Estate Investment for accounting purposes in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied.
Investment Cost means the actual investment costs/expenses incurred per project which may include, but not limited to, cost relating to obtaining licenses, land and land improvements, acquisition and installation of machinery, equipment, furniture and fixtures. This excludes cash and working capital. (This is consistent with the terms and conditions of registration)
Investment Cost means the present value of the project’s total required capital investments and budgeted costs;
Investment Cost means, in relation to an Investment made or committed to by the Partnership, the costs (including prospective costs) of making, acquiring, holding and realising such Investment together with any expenses (including prospective expenses) as determined by the General Partner associated with such making, acquiring, holding and realisation of such Investment (including, without limitation, the proportionate part of any Partnership Expenses allocated to that Investment, and any VAT thereon which is not recoverable by way of credit or refund or similar taxes, legal expenses, brokerage, stamp duty (or similar transaction related tax) and any costs of hedging against exposures arising as a result of fluctuating rates of interest or exchange associated with such Investment) which are payable by the Partnership (but for the avoidance of doubt excluding the General Partner’s Share);
Investment Cost means the difference between on one part the sum of the escalated paid total project cost and capitalised interest during the construction period and on the other part, the escalated paid contribution of the State.
