Investment Deficit definition

Investment Deficit is defined in Section 2.3(f).
Investment Deficit means the amount, if any, by which the sum of (a) the Verified Total Project Costs submitted by the Developer and (b) a developer’s fee in the amount of 9% of all non-property acquisition costs included in the Verified Total Project Costs, is less than the amount of $37,250,000.
Investment Deficit is defined in Section 2.03(f) of this Agreement.
