Investment Indices means the investment measures selected by the Company for use under the Plan, as set forth in Supplement A. The Committee shall select the initial Investment Indices under the Plan, and may in its sole discretion and from time to time

Examples of Investment Indices in a sentence

  • Pooled Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper notes of a Conduit Purchaser subject to any particular pooling arrangement by such Conduit Purchaser but excluding Commercial Paper issued by a Conduit Purchaser for a tenor and in an amount specifically requested by any Person in connection with any agreement effected by such Conduit Purchaser.

  • Non-Investment Personnel means any Employee that does not meet the definition of Investment Personnel as listed above.
