Investment or Investments definition

Investment or Investments means any of the assets or property of the ICAV of whatever kind and all rights, benefits, title and interest in those assets or property, including but not limited to transferable securities, shares, stocks, debentures, bonds equities, debt instruments, money market instruments, financial futures, cash deposits, foreign exchange transactions which may be acquired or held or disposed of by the ICAV or as used as techniques and instruments for efficient portfolio management or hedging.
Investment or Investments means the amount of the Purchase Price paid by the Company pursuant to one or more Purchase Agreements, plus all related Document Fees and any broker or referral fee advanced in connection with a Purchase Agreement whether or not set forth in the Purchase Agreements.

  • If the ICAV is requested to sell any Investment or Investments proposed to be distributed in specie and distribute to such Shareholder the cash proceeds less the costs of such sale which shall be borne by the relevant Shareholder.

  • Other Investments means assets which are not Direct Investments or Underlying Funds.

All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.
