Investment Requirement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1, below.

Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Company Affiliates of at least $5,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Agreement).
