Investment Subaccount definition

Investment Subaccount means the portion of the Participant’s Account that is not his or her Equity Subaccount.

Examples of Investment Subaccount in a sentence

  • Any such distribution shall be taken on a pro rata basis from the Participant’s General Investment Sub-account and Brady Stock Sub-account in the manner described in Section 6.1(a)(iv)(B).

  • Any such request to have one or more Investment Subaccount balances transferred to one or more other Investment Subaccounts shall be made in accordance with and shall be subject to such procedures and limitations as the Plan Administrator adopts.

  • If a Participant fails to establish a Directed Investment Subaccount or fails to designate the Directed Investment Subaccount(s) to which his/her Deferral Contributions of Base Salary or STI Awards should be allocated, such Deferral Contributions shall be allocated to the default Directed Investment Subaccount established by the Administrator.

  • Each Participant’s Directed Investment Subaccount shall be credited or debited, as applicable, daily with the amount which the Participant’s Directed Investment Subaccount would have earned or lost, as applicable, if the amounts credited to such account had, in fact, been invested in accordance with the Participant’s Deemed Investment Elections.

  • The Payment Event with respect to such default Directed Investment Subaccount shall be Separation of Service and the Form of Payment shall be a lump sum.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Deferred Account means the participant's Deferred Pension Account, Deferred Dividends Account, Deferred Retainer Account, Deferred Fees Account, Deferred Cash Account and/or Deferred Stock Account.
