Investor Loans definition

Investor Loans means each of the Mortgage Loans serviced by WDLLC or, as may be applicable, WD Capital on behalf of an Investor.
Investor Loans means term loans made on or prior to the date that is twenty (20) Business Days following the Closing Date by the Borrower to certain direct and indirect holders of Equity Interests in the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $30,000,000 (which term loans shall be repaid in full by way of setoff from the proceeds of the Dividend amount allocated to each such holder).
Investor Loans includes the Temporary Loan and any other funds advanced or loaned by Investor to GEM or GEC, as well as amounts loaned by Investor to GEC and GEM to fund the Full House Financing Obligation, as described at Section 5.2 below, which are repaid as set forth at Article V below.

  • Initial Loans means the Eligible Loans evidenced by the Notes sold on the Closing Date pursuant to the Initial Purchase Agreement and related documentation, together with any guaranties and other rights relating thereto including, without limitation, Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments.
