Examples of Investor Plan in a sentence

  • If a Participant does not make such an election, all shares issued pursuant to the Plan during the Service Period will be deposited into an account in his name in the Investor Plan.

  • Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner, including the Plan.
