Investor Warranties definition

Investor Warranties means the warranties of the Investor as set out in Schedule 2.
Investor Warranties has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Investor Warranties means, with respect to each Investor, the representations, warranties and undertakings of such Investor set forth in Schedule 5.

Investor Warranties means the warranties given pursuant to Clause 6.5;
