Invoice for Costs definition

Invoice for Costs means an invoice for the actual costs and expenses of the County, including, but not limited to administrative overhead, salaries and other expenses recoverable under state law, incurred during any inspection or investigation conducted pursuant to Section 6960 of this Chapter, where a Notice of Violation, Administrative Compliance Order or other enforcement option under Article 7 of this Chapter is utilized to obtain compliance with this Chapter.
