Administrative Overhead. 2.4.2.1 LIDDA shall maintain administrative overhead to perform the requirements of this Contract at a rate not to exceed 10% of the Contract funds. If LIDDA’s administrative overhead expenses exceed 10%, LIDDA shall use earned income or other funds, other than contract funds, to pay for the excess.
Administrative Overhead. For the purpose of fixing the compensation to be paid by the requesting party for the Services, it is agreed that there shall be included in each billing, to cover administrative costs, an amount not to exceed each party’s administrative rate. The County rate is currently set at 20% of the total labor cost to the County for those County employees performing Services for the City under this Agreement. The City rates is currently set at of the total labor cost to the City for those City employees performing Services for the County under this Agreement. Charges for administrative costs are in addition to charges for materials and equipment. This rate may be reasonably adjusted annually to reflect changes in actual administrative costs without the need for a formal amendment of this Agreement.
Administrative Overhead. CONTRACTOR’s administrative costs shall not exceed fifteen (15%) percent of total program costs and are subject to Cost Report Settlement provisions.
Administrative Overhead. 2.11.1. An administrative overhead covering services and related office costs of personnel performing administrative, legal, accounting, purchasing, treasury, tax, employee relations, computer services and other functions for the benefit of the operations provided they are not included elsewhere, shall be charged to the Joint Account monthly.
2.11.2. The charge under the foregoing paragraph shall be for services of all personnel and offices of operator who are not directly assigned to Operations and shall be charged each month at the rate of 12% on total expenditures attributable to Joint Operations in the preceding month, except only 5% shall be charged on expenditures for capital expenditure items.
2.11.3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary which might be stated in the Accounting Procedure, it is understood that no cost or expenditure included under sections 2.2.1 through 2.10 shall be included or duplicated in the administrative overhead rate charged in this Article 2.11. Further, at any party's request, the rates in 2.11.2 above shall be reviewed annually and adjusted if determined to be inadequate or excessive.
Administrative Overhead. In addition to the charges made pursuant to Paragraph 1 above, Manager shall charge the Joint Account with an overhead charge calculated as follows:
A. One percent (1%) of any expenditure for an item which would, under generally accepted accounting treatment for financial purposes, be capitalized and is not included as a direct charge included in Section II of the Account Procedure; plus
B. Seven percent (7%) of all Direct Charges as defined in this Exhibit B, except the Direct Charges identified in Section II, paragraphs 1A, 1B and 1C of this Exhibit B but for any individual contract in excess of $50,000 the fee shall be reduced to 3%. Such overhead rates may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the Participants hereto if, in practice, the rates are found to be insufficient or excessive.

This rate is currently set at 20% of the total labor cost to the County for those County employees performing Services for the District under this Agreement. The administrative rate is not included in charges for materials, equipment or payments to contractors or subcontractors.
Administrative Overhead. For the purposes of this Agreement, the administrative overhead shall be charged at the rate established and agreed to by the LAC Fire Department and the CDCR. The approved rate for fiscal year 2011/12 is 36.74 percent and is subject to change each fiscal year.
Administrative Overhead. Pursuant to the State Administrative Manual, Section 8752, the CDCR shall recover the full cost of services provided including indirect or overhead costs when providing goods or services. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Administrative Overhead shall be charged at the rate established and agreed to by the CDCR and the LAC Fire Department.
