For more information visit our privacy policy.Curtailment Period means the period of time, as measured using current Settlement Intervals, during which generation from the Facility is reduced pursuant to a Curtailment Order; provided that the Curtailment Period shall be inclusive of the time required for the Facility to ramp down and ramp up.
Involuntary Withdrawal means, with respect to any Member, the occurrence of any of the following events:
Involuntary Refunds means a refund of an unused ticket or portion thereof or an unused miscellaneous charges order required as a result of the carrier cancelling a flight, failing to operate a flight according to schedule, failing to stop at a point to which the passenger is destined or is ticketed to stop over, or causing the passenger to miss a connecting flight, being unable to provide previously confirmed space, substituting a different type of equipment or class of service or where, because of safety or legal requirements or the condition or conduct of the passenger, carriage is refused.
Voluntary Withdrawal means a Member’s dissociation with the Company by means other than by a Transfer or an Involuntary Withdrawal.
Applied Downgrade Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(a).
Experience period means the most recent period of time for which experience is reported, but not for a period longer than three (3) full years. (7-1-93)
Unapplied Downgrade Advance means any Downgrade Advance other than an Applied Downgrade Advance.
Involuntary Disposition means any loss of, damage to or destruction of, or any condemnation or other taking for public use of, any property of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary.
Distribution Calendar Year means a calendar year for which a minimum distribution is required. The first Distribution Calendar Year is the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year that contains the Participant’s Required Beginning Date and the last Distribution Calendar Year is the calendar year that contains the Participant’s date of death. The required minimum distribution for the Participant’s first Distribution Calendar Year shall be made on or before the Participant’s Required Beginning Date. The required minimum distribution for other Distribution Calendar Years, including the required minimum distribution for the Distribution Calendar Year in which the Participant’s Required Beginning Date occurs, shall be made on or before December 31 of that Distribution Calendar Year.
Curtailment Shortfall For any Distribution Date and for any Curtailment received in the Prior Period, an amount equal to one month’s interest on such Curtailment at the Pass-Through Rate for the applicable Mortgage Loan.
Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.
Excess Cash Flow Payment Date means the date occurring 90 days after the last day of a fiscal year of the Parent (commencing with its fiscal year ending December 31, 2000).
Excess Cash Flow Payment Period means, with respect to the repayment required on each Excess Cash Flow Payment Date, the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Borrower.
Discounted Voluntary Prepayment has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(d)(i).
Excess Cash Flow Period means each fiscal year of the Borrower, commencing with the fiscal year of the Borrower ending on December 31, 2016.
Voluntary Prepayment means a prepayment of principal of Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.05(a) in any year to the extent that such prepayment reduces the scheduled installments of principal due in respect of Term Loans as set forth in Section 2.07 in any subsequent year.
Qualifying loss means the amount of compensation attributable to a taxpayer’s nonqualified deferred compensation plan, less the receipt of money and property attributable to distributions from the nonqualified deferred compensation plan. Full loss is sustained if no distribution of money and property is made by the nonqualified deferred compensation plan. The taxpayer sustains a qualifying loss only in the taxable year in which the taxpayer receives the final distribution of money and property pursuant to that nonqualified deferred compensation plan.
Curtailment Any Principal Prepayment made by a Mortgagor which is not a Principal Prepayment in Full.
Discounted Voluntary Prepayment Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(d)(v).
Continuous period of creditable coverage means the period during which an individual was covered by creditable coverage, if during the period of the coverage the individual had no breaks in coverage greater than sixty-three (63) days.
reduction week means a period of seven consecutive days beginning with a Monday and ending with a Sunday;
Voluntary Contributions means voluntary amounts contributed by a member or participating member into a health reimbursement account. However, to the extent required by applicable law, voluntary amounts shall not be contributed through a salary reduction election under a cafeteria plan pursuant to section 125 of the internal revenue code, 26 USC 125.
Extraordinary Loss Any Realized Loss or portion thereof caused by or resulting from:
extended reduction period means the period for which a person is in receipt of an extended reduction in accordance with paragraph 89, 96 or 101;
Loss Event means (A) an annual pre-tax loss at GS Inc. or (B) annual negative revenues in one or more reporting segments as disclosed in the Firm’s Form 10-K other than the Investing & Lending segment, or annual negative revenues in the Investing & Lending segment of $5 billion or more, provided in either case that you are employed in a business within such reporting segment.
Payment month means, for all programs except EA, the calendar month for which benefits are issued.
