IoT Device definition

IoT Device means a physical device capable of directly connecting to sensors and/or actuators or a remotely located device with network connectivity, limited compute power and storage.
IoT Device means any internet of things connected or connectable device.
IoT Device means an electronic device provided to the Customer or Operator by Xxxxx.xx that has either sensing and/or controlling capabilities and is programmed with encrypted security credentials to connect to an IoT Gateway;

Examples of IoT Device in a sentence

  • The Customer will, when using the Application, connect the IoT Device, SMART CONSTRUCTION Retrofit Kit and/or Terminal to Be Used with internet using the telecommunication services provided by the telecommunication carriers.

  • In the case where the person who uses the Application and/or uses or carries the IoT Device, Terminal, SMART CONSTRUCTION or Retrofit Kit is not the Customer, the Customer must provide these Terms and Conditions to that person.

  • The Customer will use the IoT Device, SMART CONSTRUCTION Retrofit Kit and/or Terminal to Be Used under the conditions specified by Komatsu to maintain the environment to use the Application.

  • In tiered IoT Devices, the embedded Service Enablement Layer SHALL implement these requirements in the same way as for monolithic IoT Device Applications.

More Definitions of IoT Device

IoT Device means a device that, consistent with NISTIR 8259/8259A:
IoT Device means sensors, actuators, or other deployed Machine to Machine (M2M) hardware exchanging data bidirectionally and managed by the IoT Service Provider over the Application, Service Enablement and Connectivity Layers.
IoT Device means a third party device that (a) operates on the Curiosity Core Network or an International IoT Network; (b) has been approved and certified by Sprint for use with IoT Services provided on the Sprint IoT Network, or a device that meets the required European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) standards for GSM network compatibility and supports the correct frequency bands for Curiosity IoT Services provided on an International IoT Network; and (c) (i) End Users use with Curiosity IoT Services, or (ii) has been integrated, by Customer, into the Bundled Service, in each case in a manner that has been approved by Sprint.
