Examples of IP Centrex Service in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, during the Initial Term of this Agreement, Customer may terminate up to Twenty Percent (20%) of the original number of Xxx Business VoiceManager IP Centrex Service Seats (as defined below) that Customer ordered from Xxx under this Agreement, without incurring a termination fee for such terminated Seats.

  • If Xxx uses Customer’s Layer 2 switches or any other equipment provided by Customer (i.e, routers and firewalls) in connection with the Xxx VoiceManager IP Centrex Service, neither Xxx nor any Xxx Related Party shall be responsible or liable for any Service interruptions or outages related to Customer’s equipment including, without limitation, improper configuration of such equipment or failure to properly repair or maintain such equipment.

  • This reduction of termination fee does not apply if Customer terminates more than Twenty Percent (20%) of the original number of Xxx Business VoiceManager IP Centrex Service seats that Customer ordered from Cox under this Agreement.

  • For purpose of this Agreement, “Seats” means the maximum number of Customer’s users of Xxx Business VoiceManager IP Centrex Service permitted at any one time.

  • VoiceManager IP Centrex Service customers do not have access to enhanced location information or non-mobile nomadic features in all areas, in which case, Cox will only provide E911 emergency agencies the billing telephone number and address associated with that number.

  • Early Termination of Xxx Business VoiceManager IP Centrex Service Seats.

  • For Xxx VoiceManager IP Centrex Service only, Cox shall provide Customer with Layer 2 switches for connectivity from the IP prequalification assessment of Customer’s equipment in order to confirm that such equipment meets Xxx’x required network specifications.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties, Xxxxxxxx agrees to limit requests to adjust the number of Xxx Business VoiceManager IP Centrex Service Seats to one change per month.

  • Any telephones or other equipment provided by Xxx to Customer in connection with the Xxx VoiceManager IP Centrex Service shall be deemed to be Xxx Equipment.

  • For Cox VoiceManager IP Centrex Service, Customer acknowledges that loss of commercial power will result in loss of telephone Service, including E911 Service, unless Customer ensures telephone and network interface have emergency back-up power.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

  • broadcasting service means a radiocommunication service in which the transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public. This service may include sound transmissions, television transmissions or other types of transmission.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property;

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Basic generation service provider or "provider" means a

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Universal service means any service approved by the board

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • Directory Assistance Service includes, but is not limited to, making available to callers, upon request, information contained in the Directory Assistance Database. Directory Assistance Service includes, where available, the option to complete the call at the caller's direction. "Directory Listings" or "Listings" are any information identifying the listed names of subscribers of a Telecommunications Carrier or Provider, as applicable, and such subscribers' telephone numbers, addresses, or primary advertising classifications (as such classifications are assigned at the time of the establishment of such service), or any combination of such listed names, numbers, addresses or classifications: (1) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses for the purpose of publishing the Listings in any directory format; or (2) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses in Directory Assistance Service, Directory Assistance List Service, or for other lawful purposes.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Company Service means the Company's email, Internet, security management services provided to End Users for the purposes of conducting Company's internal business.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).
