IP Licences definition

IP Licences means any licences, sub-licences, agreements, authorisations and permissions whether express or implied, relating to the use, enjoyment and/or exploitation by:
IP Licences means all licences, agreements, authorisations and permissions pursuant to which the Vendor uses any Intellectual Property Rights belonging to any third party in relation to the Business;
IP Licences means any licences, authorisations and permissions in any form whatsoever whether express or implied, pertaining to the use, enjoyment and exploitation by (i) the Vendor or any member of the Vendor Group of any Intellectual Property or Business Information in connection with the Business as carried on at the Transfer Date, and (ii) any third party of any Business Intellectual Property or Business Information (including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, those specified in Part B of Schedule 4;
