Material Licences definition

Material Licences means, collectively, each licence, permit or approval issued by any Governmental Authority, or any applicable stock exchange or securities commission, to any Obligor, the breach or default of which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Material Licences means (a) each Business Authorization identified in Schedule 6.01(22); (b) each Health Canada Licence (other than the Analytical Licence); and (c) each other Business Authorization issued by any Governmental Authority to any Group Party from time to time, the breach or default in respect of which would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Material Licences means any licences necessary for the Group to conduct their business in such markets in which they operate.

More Definitions of Material Licences

Material Licences means any mining right issued by the relevant authority in connection with the Properties, the termination, revocation or loss of which could result in a Material Adverse Effect.

"Original Jurisdiction" means, in relation to any Transaction Obligor, the jurisdiction under whose laws that Transaction Obligor is incorporated as at the date of this Agreement. “Parent” means Norðurál Grundartangi ehf. "Party" means a party to this Agreement. “Property” means the real property located at Xxxxxxxxxxxx 0 a and 2 W, 4389 PB Ritthem, the Netherlands with land register reference “Vlissingen M 1504”. "Property Report" means, in respect of the Property and the Ground Lease, any certificate of or report on title supplied to the Lender as a condition precedent under this Agreement pursuant to Clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent).
Material Licences means, collectively, those licences, permits or approvals listed on Schedule H any licence, permit or approval issued by any Governmental Authority, applicable stock exchange or securities commission, to an Obligor, and which is at any time on or after the date of this Agreement, necessary or material to the business and operations of an Obligor or to the listing of its securities.
Material Licences means the Health Canada Licences and each licence, permit or approval issued by any Governmental Authority to any Obligor the breach or default in respect of which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
