IP Nomination definition

IP Nomination means an IP Entry Nomination, an IP CSEP Nomination, an IP VEntry Nomination, an IP VExit Nomination or such one or more of them as the context requires and references to an IP Nomination may be construed as a reference to an IP Renomination and/or to the IP Nominated Quantity or IP Renominated Quantity specified therein (as the case may be) and a "Valid IP Nomination" or "Valid IP Renomination" shall mean an IP Nomination which is not rejected in accordance with this Code and a "Valid IP Entry Nomination", "Valid IP CSEP Nomination", "Valid IP VEntry Nomination" and "Valid IP VExit Nomination" shall be construed accordingly and references to a Valid IP Nomination or Valid IP Renomination may be construed as a reference to the applicable IP Nomination Confirmed Quantity;

  • Confirmation of IP Nominations and IP Renominations 6.7.4 The Transporter will notify a Shipper of the Confirmed IP Nomination Quantity in respect of each IP Nomination or IP Renomination by 2 hours after the Hour Bar by which it was submitted.

  • IP Nominated Quantities 6.6.15 The “IP Nominated Quantity” in respect of an IP Nomination or IP Renomination is the Confirmed IP Nomination Quantity under the IP Nomination or IP Renomination prevailing at the end of the Day.

  • An IP Nomination shall be confirmed no later than 15:00 on D-1 and shall be effective from 05:00 on the Gas Flow Day to which it refers.

  • A Shipper submitting an IP Nomination may have one or more Counterparty Shippers.

  • An IP Nomination (including an IP Renomination) may be revised by an IP Renomination (and an IP Renomination may be revised by a subsequent IP Renomination) in accordance with sections 6.5.9 to 6.5.15.

Related to IP Nomination

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Investor Nominee means a person designated for election to the Board of Directors by the Investor pursuant to the Investment Agreement.

  • Nomination means an offer by a Shipper to a Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation from a specified origin(s) to a specified destination or destinations pursuant to the terms of this tariff.

  • New Director means an individual whose election by the Board or nomination for election by the Company’s stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who either were directors at the Date of Grant or whose election or nomination for election was previously so approved or recommended. However, “New Director” shall not include a director whose initial assumption of office is in connection with an actual or threatened election contest, including but not limited to a consent solicitation relating to the election of directors of the Company.

  • Nominated Athlete means an Athlete who has been nominated to the NZOC by Swimming New Zealand.

  • Nominations means the process by which the customer or the customer's agent notifies the Company of expected transportation quantities.

  • New Directors means any director whose election by the Board or whose nomination for election by the Company's stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who were Present Directors or New Directors.

  • Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.

  • shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by him in a professional capacity; and

  • Designated Director means a person designated by the RE to ensure overall compliance with the obligations imposed under chapter IV of the PML Act and the Rules and shall include:

  • Incumbent Director means a director who either (i) is a member of the Board as of the Effective Date or (ii) is elected, or nominated for election, to the Board with the affirmative votes of at least a majority of the Incumbent Directors at the time of such election or nomination (but excluding a director who was elected or nominated in connection with an actual or threatened proxy contest relating to the election of directors of the Company).

  • Nomination Date means the twentieth (20th) day of the month preceding the Operating Month.

  • Investor Designee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a).

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Nominate “Nomination,” or “Nominated” shall mean an offer by Shipper to Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation, from the specified Origin to the specified Destination pursuant to the terms of this Tariff (and/or any tariffs making reference hereto and incorporating this Tariff by reference therein).

  • Alternate Director means a person elected or appointed to serve, as the occasion requires, as a member of the board of a company in substitution for a particular elected or appointed director of that company;

  • Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.

  • NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation means the regulation of NZOC relation to the nomination and selection Process for all Olympic and Commonwealth games, including the Games.

  • Independent Director means a director referred to in Section 149 (6) of the Companies Act, 2013.

  • Proposed Nominee Associated Person of any Proposed Nominee shall mean (A) any Person acting in concert with such Proposed Nominee, (B) any direct or indirect beneficial owner of Shares owned of record or beneficially by such Proposed Nominee or Person acting in concert with the Proposed Nominee and (C) any Person controlling, controlled by or under common control with such Proposed Nominee or a Proposed Nominee Associated Person.

  • Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.

  • Elected Director means a person elected as an elected director in accordance with these bylaws or elected or appointed as a replacement director for an elected director;

  • Preferred Director means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Nomination Period means a period of time that Customer includes in a nomination for gas service.
