Where a Shipper has an IP Nomination Confirmed Quantity in respect of an Interruptible IP Nomination or Valid Nomination, Valid Renomination which is Interruptible in accordance with the Code, then such Shipper shall renominate such that the Shipper’s Valid Nomination or IP Nomination Confirmed Quantity in respect of the Interruptible IP Nomination shall be zero.
The Transporter shall notify each Shipper of any revised IP Nomination Confirmed Quantity following the applicable IP Matching Procedure.
