IRB Indebtedness definition

IRB Indebtedness means that certain Indebtedness of XxXxxxx-Xxxxxx Co., Inc. pursuant to the Industrial Revenue Bond Issue with the City of Jackson, Mississippi, dated December 1, 1985, evidenced by the Lease recorded in Book 3166 at Page 443 of the Land Records of Xxxxx County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, including all agreements and documents related thereto.
IRB Indebtedness means the Indebtedness with respect to the City of Jackson, Mississippi Industrial Revenue Bonds (XxXxxxx-Xxxxxx Co., Inc. Project), Series 1985, in the aggregate outstanding amount of $3,650,000.
