The Letters of Credit issued with respect to the IRB Indebtedness for the benefit of the respective trustees named in the IRB Documents and the Letter of Credit expiring on or before April 15, 1998 for the benefit of Credit Suisse First Boston, which is the issuer of certain prior letters of credit relating to certain of the IRB Indebtedness.
