Pollution Control Bonds definition

Pollution Control Bonds means all notes, bonds and other instruments evidencing Debt issued pursuant to the Pollution Control Bond Indentures.
Pollution Control Bonds has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(m).
Pollution Control Bonds means those pollution control revenue bonds issued for the benefit of the Borrower between January 1, 1992 and March 11, 1997, for which security was provided, on the date of their respective issuances, under the RUS Mortgage.
