More Definitions of Issued Amount

Issued Amount means the amount available to be drawn by the beneficiary under the Letter of Credit outstanding under this Agreement from time to time, as such amount may be increased or reduced from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Letter of Credit and this Agreement.
Issued Amount means, in relation to any Structured Notes, the value of such Structured Notes Note on its Issue Date;
Issued Amount means the initial principal amount of the Bonds at the date of issuance.

  • Designated Amount means the lesser of:
